Hi guys, if just like to echo everyone’s sentiments on what a fantastic job Luke has done as National Coach, it has been inspiring reading your comments on here.

I’ve trained and worked with Luke for many years and I know how much he has put in to this to help make it the success it is today. It wasn’t always easy and he made a lot of sacrifices for Team Scotland along the way. Good Guy.

I would like to “hit the ground running” - squad training will recommence this weekend, Saturday 10th August. I will post up location as soon as it is secured (check back here) - timings will be as follows:

Juniors 10-11:30
Seniors 11-1 (10:30 for run 🏃‍♂️)
